What am I actually buying?
You’re getting a physical, card-based inventory system for 5e (2024 rules).
That includes:
Physical Item Cards (weapons, armor, gear, magic items, etc) printed on 320 gsm blue core card stock. Binders (“Books of Holding”) designed for real table use and meant to emulate a video-RPG style inventory.
Everything is built to replace loose notes, spreadsheets, and rulebook flipping with something physical and fast.

What’s the difference between the bundles? Party Packs?
Bundles are meant for a single collector, or for a party of 1-3 if you add one PC Book of Holding per player.
Party Packs are meant for a full party of 1 GM and 4 PCs, and comes with everything (including 4 PC Books of Holding) that you need to run a game from level 1 - 20.
The bundles and party packs are separated in the Core Set and Full Set; the Core Set is all of the SRD Cards (https://media.dndbeyond.com/compendium-images/srd/5.2/SRD_CC_v5.2.1.pdf), and the Full Sets include the full Core Set plus Extended Set Items.
At a high level:
Starter Kit → smaller entry set Core Set Bundle → full SRD item system Full Set Bundle → Core + Extended content Party Packs → scaled up versions for multiple players Demi-God (All-In) → everything
The difference is how much content you get and how many players it supports.
If you’re unsure:
Solo / small group → Core or Full Full table → Party Pack

What’s actually inside each bundle?
Each bundle includes a combination of:
Item card decks (hundreds to 1,200+ total depending on tier) Binders to organize and use them Supporting components (dividers, structured layouts, etc.)
If you’re deciding between tiers, focus on:
How many players you need to support Whether you want just Core or Full (Core + Extended)
Full, individual deck contents are here: https://www.packmulegaming.com/products

How do binders work?
Binders (“PC Books of Holding” and “GM Tomes of Holding”) are core to the system, not optional storage.
Player Binders → hold equipped + carried items for active play GM Binder → organizes loot, shops, encounters, and inventory pools
Higher tiers include more binders because:
More cards = more space required Party-level play needs multiple player binders
The PC Books of Holding are thinner, have class-specific icons, and include pages for like Equipped Items and Quick Draw Items for in-session play.
The GM Book is much thicker and meant to catalogue and store the cards.

Core Set vs Extended Set — what’s the difference?
Core Set vs Extended Set — what’s the difference? Core Set → all SRD (officially usable) items Extended Set (via boosters) → additional items inspired by non-SRD content, legally distinct but broadly, functionally similar. The Extended Set is mostly Common and Uncommon items.
In simple terms:
Core = everything you need Extended = more variety, depth, and expansion

What are boosters?
Boosters contain Extended Set items, and Core Set Consumable items.
They are not duplicates of the Core Set (except consumables). They expand your system with additional gear options.

Do custom cards (MuleBrew) come with my pledge?
There will be promotions for various ways to get (a) free Custom Card Deck(s) through the MuleBrew Custom Card Creator. These will give you access to a free print deck of cards that you make!
Other than that, though, none of the rewards directly involve the Card Creator. It is just an important part of the system that needs to be shown with the rest of the porject.
The Card Creator is currently in beta but does accept orders :) it will be live shortly after the KS ends.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
